Returns and Exchange
A refund is available within 10 days of ordering your Made to Order wedding gown. As your gown is made specially for you to your standard dress size, we are unable to offer returns of exchanges.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds on online sale items.
Shipping and Delivery
Made to Order Standard gowns are shipped 4 months after your purchase.
Shipping costs are included for all orders.
Import duties and taxes may be applicable in your country.
All orders are sent via UPS Express or DHL from EU. Once collected by couriers, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days to arrive.
